Because girls have nicer stuff... (take 2)

So this week we got on the planet fashion feed and that feed is evil as it makes you want to buy things. O_O Girl things... Well not girl things but.. nevermind. CLOTHES! I haz buy them!

After getting locked out of Noam last night when our sim went down. I hopped on the mouff, shopped, and made 2 outfits, but one was made up entirely of the the most recently blogged and I didn't want to repeat stuff. Here is the other one!

The best find of all last night were these boots! They are scripted so you can change the flowers on each boot. I found them in the Lico Lico sim, which is a sim chock full of loli stuff. Bootstrap has a store there near my shop that I set up last night.

Boots: "Bouquet Boot" Bootstrap (Plush Terra 225, 144, 22)
Socks: "Bettie's Leggings" Corduroy (LicoLico 109, 44, 21)
Shirt: "Peek-a-boo Tank w/ Bra" Wintermoon (Canimal 63, 96, 26)
Jacket: "Knit Shrug (Cyan)" Canimal (Canimal 210, 61, 26)
Skirt: "Mayu-Mayu Pleated Skirt" Tweet (Temenos 156, 108, 107)
Hair: "Viva!" Old Gravy (Unsung Heroes 164, 99, 41)
Bangles:
Right wrist: "Terra Bangle" Tree of SL (Firefly 205, 220, 47 )
Left Wrist: "Aurora Bloom Bangles" Earthtones Boutique (Bushido Bay 52, 177, 25)
Necklace: "Diamond Bee Necklace" Paper Couture (Tableau 160, 106, 0 )

The Background artwork on this post was taken from Miu Mau. She was listed on a feed I check out as "Miu Mau: Amazing doomed cancer-artist!" She is definitely amazing, but I hope she isn't doomed. :(

Because girls have nicer stuff... (Harajuku)

Sometimes when I'm wandering around I find girl stuff that is so awesome I wish I was a Barbie instead of a Ken. Today while looking for a pillow I came to a store called "The Tree of SL". This store had really cool jewelry, shoes, bags and clothes so I took my alt (a Moufette) shopping.

You can get the Moufette at Lost Furest. This is by far my favorite furry avatar because you can make the patches on the eyes go up and down (like eyebrows) so you can always walk around looking sarcastic. ,':\

I call this the Harajuku post only because I read Fruits and have the photobooks. To me, Harajuku style is an adventure in color and mix and matching. Playing around with colors is just something I can't do on my main account as a boy. If I was wearing orange and purple, you'd think I was color blind and hope some nice young lady would come along and show me how to shop. Girls, on the other hand, can clash and still look awesome. I love that.

Up top:
Dress: The Tree of SL
Bag: Gecko Designs
Shoes: Slow Tempo. They come in a bunch of colors and there are also pokadot clogs there, but... I ran out of money.
Stockings: Tweet
Hair: Old Gravy
Hat: I have no idea. The user info won't show up, but I know the store comes up if you search for Jrock. I bought that hat months ago so hopefully the store is still around, I'll get back to you.

To the right:
Hair: ETD (forgot to get the SLURL info.. damn it. it's ETD, you should all know ETD by now.) PS- GREAT place for furry hair.
Bag: Gecko Designs
Stockings & Arm Warmers: Tweet
Dress & Jewelry: The Tree of SL

To the left:
Top & Jewelry: The Tree of SL
Skirt, Pants, & Socks: Tweet
Shoes: Slow Tempo.
Hair: Old Gravy

To the right:
Hat: Oh noes there it is again!
Top: It's the top to the dress in the first picture!
Bag: Gecko Designs
Skirt, Pants, & Socks: Tweet
Shoes: Slow Tempo.
Hair: Old Gravy

As you may have noticed, I really freaking like Tweet! I recommend owning all the clothes from there. You can spend hours making new outfits. O_O believe me, I just did.
So in conclusion, Girls have awesome clothes. If you're a girl, you are lucky. Now go out there and look cute.

All background artwork is by Antony Micallef. I don't know why I picked it, I just did and he's great. :)

Never Die @ Old Gravy

Satine has been a creation making machine over at Old Gravy. Which is great for us so we can bask in the uberness of Old Gravy product. This style is titled Never Die II.. the awesomeness sequel to Never Die. This is a long flexi style hair with her new wavy textures that look quite realistic. The cute part is how the hair pulls up and swirls around creating some vintage twists on each side of the head.

The hair comes in a slew of colors. (hOMG did I just say slew.. eeps I did!) You can grab either a solid color or a two toned color for a lil more funk. They're all awesome so you might as well just go crazy and grab more than just one color. At $150L each it's a great deal. Now that's what I call.. Gravy.

So live a little and Never Die.... Twice.
